These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, landing pages, free live masterclass, digital products, and related services offered by RFW Training ("RFW Training," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our websites, registering for an event, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Who We Are and What We Offer
RFW Training provides social media and content training for people who work in car sales and for dealership owners and managers. Our offerings include a free live online masterclass, paid digital resources (such as content calendars, templates, and playbooks), and consulting or coaching programs discussed on a call with our team.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults age 18 or older. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. The Free Masterclass
Registration for our live masterclass is free. Seats and any replay access are provided as a courtesy and may be limited, rescheduled, or withdrawn at our discretion. Registering means you agree to receive event-related communications (confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups) as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Purchases, Billing, and Delivery
- Prices for paid products are shown on the order page at the time of purchase and are charged in U.S. dollars.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details.
- Digital products are delivered electronically, by download link and/or email, typically within minutes of purchase. If you do not receive your product, contact us and we will make it right.
5. Digital Product Sales
Digital products are delivered electronically and you receive immediate access to the complete product at purchase. Because of this, all sales of digital products are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you have any trouble accessing something you purchased, email us at [email protected] and we will make sure you receive what you paid for.
6. Your License to Use Our Materials
When you purchase or receive access to our materials (videos, PDFs, templates, scripts, calendars, and similar resources), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own work in the car business. You may not resell, share, republish, or distribute our materials, use them to create competing products, or remove any branding or notices from them. All our content is protected by copyright and remains our property.
7. Your Content and Conduct
If you submit information to us (survey answers, applications, questions, testimonials), you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to access them in unauthorized ways, or use them for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or revoke access to anyone who violates these Terms or disrupts our events or community spaces.
8. Results Disclaimer
We teach a system that has worked for us and for many of our students, but we do not guarantee any specific results, income, leads, or sales. Outcomes depend on your market, your effort, your consistency, and many factors outside our control. Testimonials and examples we share are real experiences of specific individuals and are not promises of what you will achieve. Please read our Earnings Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
9. Not Professional Advice
Our content is education and training, not legal, financial, tax, or employment advice. You are responsible for complying with your dealership's policies and any platform rules or laws that apply to the content you create.
10. Third-Party Services
Our funnels use third-party services such as webinar hosting, scheduling, forms, and payment processing. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFW Training and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RFW Training harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services or materials.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RFW Training is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
