On-Site Team Training

How A Day On Your Floor Runs

Russ works your team through the four parts of the RFW system, in order, in one day. Nobody sits in a conference room watching slides all afternoon.

01
Brand & Visibility

Every rep gets set up properly

Profiles, handles, bios and positioning, done together in the room. Most stores find half the floor either has nothing set up or has an account working against them. That gets fixed first.

02
The Content System

They film on your lot, not on a whiteboard

Russ takes the team outside to your inventory and they shoot real videos. Camera-shy reps get walked through it one at a time until they have something posted.

03
Going Viral

Hooks, angles and what the platforms reward

The same breakdown Russ used to build an audience of over 1.6 million while he was selling cars. Your team learns why one walkaround gets 400 views and the next one gets 400,000.

04
Turning Content Into Deals

The part most trainers skip

Views are not deals. Russ covers the DM and follow-up scripts, how to handle an inbound lead that came from a video, and how to use content as follow-up on deals already in the pipeline.

Multi-day and multi-store visits are common for groups. Tell us how many rooftops and how big the floor is, and we will come back with what fits.

The Takeaway

What Your Team Walks Out With

The point of the day is not motivation. It is a floor that can do this on Monday without Russ in the building.

Accounts built and posting

Every rep leaves with a profile set up correctly and content already published, not a to-do list.

Footage in the bank

They film on the lot during the day, so the first week of posting is already shot before he leaves.

A 30-day plan per rep

What to post, in what order, so momentum does not die the week after the training.

DM and follow-up scripts

How to turn a comment or a message into an appointment, and how to work content into existing follow-up.

A manager who can run it

Your leadership learns what to hold reps accountable to, so this becomes part of the process instead of a one-day event.

Ongoing access, if you want it

Stores that want the training to keep going add platform access for the team, with the full video library and live coaching.

Book Russ For Your Event

Russ has been featured on the Social Showroom Podcast and at industry events, and he speaks the language of the room because he was on the floor selling cars himself. Sessions are built for the audience you are putting in the seats.

Before You Ask

The Questions Owners Always Ask

How long does he need, and does he travel?

Most stores book a full day on site. Groups with multiple rooftops usually run multiple days. Russ has trained teams across 40+ states and provinces, so travel is normal, and we work it around your calendar and his.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of your floor, how many days and rooftops you want covered, travel, and whether you add ongoing platform access for the team afterward. Send the request below and we will put real numbers in front of you after a short call. No pitch deck required.

Half my team is camera-shy. Is this going to be a waste?

That is the normal starting point, and it is the whole reason to do this in person instead of handing out logins. Russ gets the quiet ones filming in the room, on the lot, with him standing there. Once a rep has posted one video and lived through it, the resistance drops.

What about our brand guidelines and compliance?

We build the day around your rules. Tell us what your OEM and your GM will and will not allow on camera, pricing claims included, and the training stays inside those lines.

Do we need equipment or a marketing person?

No. Your reps already carry the only camera this needs. If you do have a marketing person, bring them into the day, because they are the one who keeps it organized afterward.

What stops this from dying two weeks later?

Two things. Every rep leaves with a 30-day plan instead of inspiration, and your managers learn what to hold them accountable to. Stores that want more than that add platform access for the team, so the video library and the live coaching keep going after Russ flies home.

I am a rep, not a manager. Can I get this at my store?

Send the request anyway and tell us your role. We will send you something you can hand to your GM or owner, and you can start on your own in the meantime with the free training.
